It's a liquid-cream formula that dries to matte finish.
The shades range from neutral, pinks, reds, chocolates and some fashion colors such as blue and purple.
Let me tell you how surprised I was at the staying power…..

More often than not, a lipstick with the price tag of 1.99, you're thinking cheap, poor quality, that's a small fry at McDonald's.
